Thank you for shopping at Memric. This Shipping Policy outlines how we process and deliver your orders. If you have any questions, please contact us at office@memric.com.


1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays).

  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and is ready for shipment.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method you select. Below are our standard shipping options:

Please note:

  • Delivery times are estimates and begin after order processing is complete
  • We do not guarantee specific delivery dates
  • Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or high-volume periods (holidays, sales events)

3. Free Shipping (if applicable)

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $70.00 (before tax) shipped within the contiguous United States.

Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout when your order meets the minimum requirement. No promo code is needed.


4. Shipping Destinations

Within the United States

We ship to all 50 states + Washington DC. We also ship to:

  • APO / FPO addresses (please allow extra delivery time)
  • PO Boxes (via USPS only)

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:

  • A tracking number
  • A link to the carrier’s tracking page

Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive the confirmation email.

If your tracking number shows “Label Created” for more than 5 business days, please contact us.


6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Lost Packages

If your package has not arrived within 15 business days of the shipping confirmation date, please contact us. We will work with the carrier to locate your package.

If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will:

  • Issue a full refund, or
  • Send a replacement (subject to product availability)

Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages that are confirmed as delivered to the correct address but are later stolen. We recommend:

  • Using a secure shipping address
  • Tracking your package and arranging for someone to receive it
  • Checking with neighbors or your local post office

Delayed Packages

We do not offer refunds for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.


7. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.

If you realize you entered an incorrect address:

  • Before shipment: Contact us immediately at office@memric.com. We will update your address at no charge.
  • After shipment: We cannot change the address once the package is with the carrier. We are not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address due to customer error. You may be charged a redirect fee by the carrier.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.


8. Failed Delivery Attempts

If a carrier attempts delivery but is unable to complete it (e.g., no one available to sign, access issues), they will typically leave a notice. You are responsible for:

  • Following the carrier’s instructions to retrieve your package
  • Scheduling a redelivery or picking up the package from a local facility

Packages returned to us due to failed delivery attempts may be subject to a restocking fee.


9. Split Shipments

If you order multiple items, they may be shipped in separate packages (split shipments). This is typically due to:

  • Items being stored in different warehouses
  • Different shipping methods for different products

You will receive separate tracking numbers for each package. There is no additional charge for split shipments.


10. Business Days & Holidays

Our shipping carriers do not operate on the following U.S. federal holidays:

  • New Year’s Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day (July 4th)
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Christmas Day

Please expect delays in both processing and delivery during the holiday season (November – December).
