This Returns Policy explains our requirements and procedures for returning products. Please read it carefully before initiating a return.

1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Item is unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • Item is in original condition (no stains, tears, odors, or pet hair)
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging are attached and intact
  • Item is not on the non-returnable list (see Section 3 below)
  • You have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Final sale or clearance items (clearly marked on product page)
  • Gift cards
  • Underwear, swimwear, or lingerie (for hygiene reasons)
  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
  • Face masks (for hygiene reasons)
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.)
  • Digital downloads or software
  • Opened or used beauty, skincare, or bath products

If you are unsure whether your item is returnable, please contact us before purchasing.


4. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Email us at office@memric.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for return

Step 2: We will respond within 1-2 business days with:

  • Return authorization approval
  • Return shipping address
  • Any special instructions

Step 3: Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging (if possible)

Step 4: Ship the return to the address provided

Step 5: Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund (see Section 7)

Important: Do not ship your return before receiving return authorization. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

If you pay for return shipping:

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx)
  • We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit
  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable

6. Restocking Fee

We do not charge a restocking fee for most returns.

However, a 15% restocking fee may apply in the following cases:

  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Items returned with missing tags
  • Bulk orders of 5 or more identical items

If a restocking fee applies, it will be deducted from your refund amount. You will be notified before we process the refund.


7. Refunds

Refund Process

Once we receive your return, please allow:

  • 3-5 business days for inspection
  • 5-10 business days for refund processing after approval

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).

Partial Refunds

A partial refund may be granted (at our discretion) in the following situations:

  • Item shows obvious signs of use or damage not reported
  • Item is missing parts or accessories
  • Item is returned more than 45 days after delivery

Original Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or wrong item).

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 15 business days:

  1. Check your bank account or PayPal activity
  2. Contact your credit card company (it may take time to post)
  3. Contact your bank (processing times vary)

8. Exchanges

We offer free exchanges for the same item in a different size or color, subject to availability.

To request an exchange:

  • Follow the same process as a return (Section 4)
  • Clearly state in your email: “I would like an exchange”
  • Tell us the new size or color you want

Exchange process:

  1. Ship your original item back to us (return shipping costs apply unless item was defective)
  2. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will ship the exchange item to you at no additional shipping cost

If the desired size or color is out of stock, we will issue a full refund instead.


9. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If you receive an item that is:

  • Damaged (broken, torn, crushed)
  • Defective (does not work, manufacturing flaw)
  • Wrong item (different from what you ordered)

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will require:

  • Your order number
  • Photos showing the damage, defect, or wrong item
  • A brief description of the issue

What we will do:

  • Provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you
  • Issue a full refund (including original shipping) or send a replacement

If you do not report the issue within 48 hours, we may only offer a partial refund or store credit at our discretion.


10. Gift Returns

If you received an item as a gift:

  • We will issue a store credit or gift card to the recipient
  • Refunds cannot be issued to the original purchaser for gift items
  • Please contact us with the gift giver’s order number (if available)

11. Refund to Store Credit

Instead of a cash refund, you may choose store credit at checkout when initiating your return.

Store credit benefits:

  • No restocking fee (even if one would normally apply)
  • Immediate processing (no waiting for bank transfers)
  • Valid for 12 months from date of issue

If you prefer store credit, please let us know when you contact us.


12. Return Address

Please do not ship returns to the address on your package without authorization.

The correct return address will be provided to you via email after your return request is approved.
